Your tasks:

Master data maintenance
You ensure that all relevant employee data is always up-to-date and correct.

Payroll accounting
You will create and check the monthly payslips for our customers and ensure that all legal and contractual requirements are met.
You take care that all legal and contractual requirements are met and take over the complete booking of wages and salaries.
Including coordination with our clients' specialist departments.

Communication
You are in regular contact with various authorities and contact persons to clarify questions and ensure that all necessary notifications are made on time.

Innovation
You contribute your expertise to develop innovative solutions and drive digitalization in the HR area of our customers.

  • What we need...

    Experience
    You have experience in payroll accounting and are familiar with the current processes and legal requirements.

    Software skills
    SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement - we value your commitment and willingness to learn.

    You work precisely, reliably and independently. Your communication skills enable you to interact efficiently with various contacts and to skillfully implement customer requirements.
