After studying business administration, Joachim Volpert worked as an auditor and personnel manager at BayWa AG in Munich. Since 2000, he has been managing director of a well-known consulting company in the field of SAP HR consulting and helped to establish and manage this company until his departure in mid-2018.
Since the end of August, Mr. Volpert has held a majority interest in novamusHR01 GmbH, a company founded in Unterschleißheim, Bavaria, and is now managing partner of novamusHR01 GmbH, which is increasingly dedicated to the digitalization projects of companies in the HR sector. In addition to his 27 years of experience in the field of HR management, he is well known in the HR market for numerous publications, most recently as co-author of the reference book "Digital HR" (ISBN 978-3-648-10928-1), which was published in March 2018. Mr. Volpert is also a lecturer for HR-IT at the universities of Munich and Augsburg for several years.
